Welcome to Reading Intervention with Mrs. Rhonda Lane

Literacy is the ability to read and write. It is fundamental for learning as well as social interaction. Literacy orginates during infancy when parents sing, speak, and read to their babies. Therefore, literacy development begins long before formal schooling and continues throughout life. All students have a right to literacy because it is the vehicle by which people navigate through life.
